The following measures have been implemented to ensure our patient’s safety:

All staff and patients will be screened prior to entering the office for fever or other covid-19 risk factors.
All staff and patients will wear facial masks when interacting.
Patients will be asked to come to appointments alone or with a single assistant when necessary.
Patients will be isolated to a single exam room for the duration of their care.
Social distancing will be enforced within the office and waiting room.
Extensive cleaning will take place three times a day for all common spaces and patient care areas.
Documentation by patients will be conducted virtually as much as possible to minimize paper forms and contact.
All common magazines and pamphlets have been removed.
Engineering controls have been implemented to facilitate these measures.
